Currency Conversion

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Application not yet submitted: Full refund minus processing fee
Application submitted but not yet processed: Partial refund (70% of visa fee)
Application in processing: Partial refund (50% of visa fee)
Visa application denied: No refund (government processing fee is non-refundable)
Visa approved: No refund
Duplicate payment: Full refund of the duplicate amount
Technical error during payment: Full refund if service not delivered

Important: We cannot guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests with the Djiboutian authorities. Our service fee is for assistance with the application process, not for guaranteeing a positive outcome.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your application reference number and reason for the refund request.

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
